system requirements to run Windows 11 on your PC.
Processor: 1 GHz or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor
RAM: 4 GB
Storage: 64 GB or larger storage device
TPM: Trusted Platform Module version 2.0
Graphics Card: Compatible with DirectX 12/WDDM 2.x
Display: High Definition (720p) display with 9" diagonally, 8 bits per color channel

As Microsoft said,
now we can install the dev version of Windows 11 by
Windows Insider
Programme.
Steps to join:
Step 1: Open settings (press Win+i)
Step 2: Click on Windows Update
Step 3: In the left menu, you can see Windows Insider
Programme at last. Or you can search for Windows Insider
Programme.
Step 4: Then click on get started on follow the steps
to do.
